If you would like to renew your subscription, then you will need to first log in on our
support page with your RDM controller that has the license to the software you are renewing. Once you are logged in, you will see information on your RDM controller, and in the bottom left there will be a box titled "Software License" that displays any software packages licensed to your controller. Click on the name of the software you would like to renew to see your software license information.
On the software license information page, if your subscription has expired, or is expiring in the next 8 weeks, a box will appear that lets you add the subscription renewal to your web shop cart.
Once your unique subscription renewal has been added to your cart, go to our
web shop to complete your purchase. Once we have your web shop order, we will supply you with a new 1-year support subscription, or if you already have one, we will extend your current subscription by a year. This service usually occurs by the end of the next working day, after your order payment is confirmed.
